You’ve made it through The Basics, you’re ready for more combinations and board breaking!

 Combine elements of Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing and Cardio Conditioning, all set to get-you-movin’ music!

 A variety of punches and kicks delivered to your own free-standing bag build amazing strength & endurance. You will also see increased flexibility, balance, coordination, core conditioning and release stress!!!
